Naam Yoga + Breath Work

Naam means ‘the word’. In Naam Yoga and breath work classes, as taught by Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, we work with postures, hand mudras, healing sounds and mantras to receive deeply healing benefits of our practice. You will feel the before and after! Suitable for all ages and experience levels.

Harmonyum Healing

This gentle, relaxing, non-invasive modality sends healing to the nervous system and brain and is safe to use for any health condition. It’s a healing modality for all ages, and addresses the root cause of mental, emotional, and physical health disturbances, as a result the symptoms can resolve naturally. For addressing a specific challenge, it is recommended to commit to a series of 3 or 6 sessions.

Positive Self-Image + Women’s Empowerment

Ivy offers coaching and women’s empowerment sessions by creating a safe space for her clients to be seen, heard, and supported whatever their goals are, and wherever they may find themselves in their lives. Often implementing gentle breath work, movement, and affirmation techniques, Ivy guides each client towards developing greater self-love and success beyond sessions.

Beauty, grooming, and wellness combo packages are available.

Sharing meditation, breath work, or yoga exercises prior to an event can help center and calm nerves allowing individuals or groups to experience a more successful outcome.
